FU-5 KOTE HIKI NAGE KOTE FUDO   Level C

both standing, front to front

1) A steps forward with his right foot and grasp D’s left collar with his right hand.
2) D executes KASUMI KAKE using his right hand
3) D, using his right hand, grasps A’s left hand, which A puts over his eyes to protect them from further attack.
4) D pulls down his right hand along his right side to throw A
5) D keeps this right hand grip bent enough during the throwing action, that after throwing, keeps A’s left arm close to D’s right leg so that A’s left arm shall be stretched out fully.
6) D then bends A’s left hand sharply with both hands to control A
7) D executes MIGI SOKUTO to A’s left rib as a finish.

Know-how
How to throw A
Make the right hand grip tight but without putting too much strength into the hand. Stretch the right arm and never try to put power into the right hand. Simply try to drop down the entire right arm as one unit.

FU-7 KOTE OTOSHI NAGE KOTE FUDO   Level B

both standing, front to front

1) A steps forward with his right foot and grasps D’s left collar with his right hand.
2) D grasps A’s right wrist from below with his left hand.
3) D then raises up his right arm and drops it down against A’s right arm at the mid-point with all of his body weight.
4) D, during the throwing motion, rotates A’s body counter clockwise by using both hands in a rotational motion before A completely stops moving, and turns them onto his stomach.
5) D keeps A lying on his stomach, then bends his right hand tightly toward A’s shoulder to control him.

Know-how
How to rotate A’s body
Never let A grasp D’s left collar completely. The technique should be started just before A grasps it. D should put all of his own weight down onto his striking right arm.
During the throwing motion, rotate A onto his stomach. He cannot be rotated if this motion starts too late.

FU-10 GASSHO NAGE GASSHO FUDO Level B-C

both standing, front to front (SEIRITSU SEITAI)

1) A grasps D’s left wrist using his right hand (JYUN TORI) and pulls it backward.
2) D immediately steps out with his right leg into a MIGI HANMI and applies KOTE UCHI NUKI with his right hand to A’s right wrist and executes KASUMI KAKE with his then freed left hand.
3) D puts A’s right hand into a GASSHO lock with both hands.
4) A, due to the pain in his wrist, stands up on his toes and loses his balance.
5) D tilts both hands to turn A in a counter clockwise direction and throws A to the ground.
6) D controls A using GASSHO FUDO and pushes down until A gives up.

FU-15 RYUUN NAGE KOTE KAESHI FUDO   Level C

A standing and D sitting, front to front

1) A steps forward with his left foot and grasps D’s right wrist with his left hand (JYUN TORI).
2) D steps forward with his right foot into a half standing stance and moves close to A’s left side.
3) D, bending his right hand down, grasps A’s left wrist with his left hand. -> RYUUN lock
4) D pushes A’s body upwards by pushing with the RYUUN lock.
5) D tilts this RYUUN lock backwards and rotates it over D’s head clockwise. By this motion, A has to follow with this movement (i.e. walks around D).
6) When A comes to D’s front side, D releases his right grip and raises his left hand straight up.
7) D then quickly pulls downward on the RYUUN lock, which makes A fall down on the ground. But do this carefully so that A won’t hit his head hardly on the ground.
8) D changes hands from left to right and grasps A’s left hand and secures KOTE KAESHI FUDO to control A..

2) D steps forward with his right foot into a right half-standing stance , then grips the back of A’s right hand with his left hand, and releases his right wrist using KOTE MAWASHI NUKI and executing SHUTO ATE to A’s face with the released right hand.
3) D throws A using KOTE HIKI NAGE to his left side, using both hands.
4) D, during the throwing motion, rotates A as he falls by orientating him with both hands, so that A lands on his stomach, with his right side close to D.
5) D puts his left leg over A’s right elbow, then blocks his head using D’s right foot, by placing his right leg under A’s right arm and pushing against the right side of A’s body with his right foot.
