KARATE-DO TOKUGEN DOJO

An all around system intergrading Goju-Ryu basics/kata/bunkai & full contact kumite using protective equipment to strike, kick & throw (similar to Kudo).
Also Uechi-Ryu techniques/kata/kumite are introduced. Both self defense and tournament practice are taught.
Classes are Japanese & English.
Kids will have a English languages exercises and morality taught to them. The instructor is a former Canadian Kyokushin champion and Kudo competitor.

Saturday 10:15-11:00, Sunday 9:30-10:15

GROUP 2: Kids 8-14 years
Wednesday & Friday 17:30-18:30
Saturday 10:15-11:00, Sunday 10:30-11:30

GROUP 3: Adults 15 years +
Wednesday 19:00-20:30
Saturday 12:30-14:30
