Muga Mushin-juku Tokyo-juku

We practice realistic self-defense techniques with a technique system based on “Sabaki” karate and Self-Defense Forces martial arts. We practice with a technical system that does not require physical strength, emphasizing core strength, relaxation, and weight movement.
Regardless of age or gender, people can begin at any time and practice safely and without strain.
We also offer practice in the appropriate response to attacks by weapons, and falling down, etc.
