Nihon Karate Budo Seiryu-kai

We practice under hard contact rules (protective gear karate). Students learn karate by striking safely and freely.
As students progress to the advanced level, they learn to lead groups in the dojo, to give orders in front of others.
Students learn karate that will enable them to take on a leadership role in society, karate that will actually enable them to defend themselves and their families.
