Seitai Karate Shinku

We are a karate dojo in Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture.
Through the secrets of budo and the viewpoint of osteopathy, students learn how to use their bodies efficiently while conditioning their minds and bodies.

You will learn how to make the most of your human body, which no one teaches you, such as a soft body, improved posture, breathing that allows you to let go of tension, a body that prevents weight gain, and beautiful and efficient body movements.

Place: Fukui City Athletic Park Gymnasium / Chimori Gymnasium Date & Time: 2-4 times a month on irregular weekends Mainly from 10:00 to 12:00 *Changed according to the gymnasium's availability.
