Paraestra Tokyo

Paraestra is a school for all manual combat sports, including mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and grappling.
Beginners are welcome, and there are no qualifications for entry.
Duplicate enrollment with other organizations, schools, or other fields is also acceptable as long as it is acceptable to the other party. You can join or leave during the event.
Our catchphrase is “Martial Arts Communication”.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: from 13:00 Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays: from 10:00 Closed on Sundays and National Holidays
