Aikido Touko-juku

Aikido is not a martial art in which you needlessly injure and defeat your opponent. Aikido is also described as “Zen in motion” and focuses on the spiritual aspect. It is an absolutely unbeaten budo, which is completed when you become one with your opponent.That is why there are no matches in Aikido. This is also because there are so many dangerous techniques that matches are impossible.
