Kenjutsu Kata Practice
Hojo (bokuto), To no Kata (shinai), Kodachi, Habiki, Furibo, Breathing and Unpo.
Kashima Shinden Jiki Shinkage-ryu is an ancient Japanese martial art that is still active today.
In this class, we will focus on breathing and practical training while maintaining the tradition.
Kata practice with wooden sword and shinai will also be offered.
1 hojo, 2 tou, 3 kodachi, 4 habiki.

Training date and time / Location

Every Saturday morning 9:30-11:30
Sunday mornings twice a month, 9:30-11:30
Tama Municipal Budokan (4-9 Suwa, Tama City) or
Tama Municipal Gymnasium Budojo (588-1 Higashiterakata, Tama City)
