Heidokyo is the legendary book which was written by Musashi MIYAMOTO in the next year after his third and final victory against Yoshioka family when he was 23 years old. His Ken Jutsu was such strong that even the people of Yagyu Shinkage-ryu were overawed by Musashi’s Ken. AKABANE Shihan who has been studying Musashi’s Ken Jutsu as his life work explains Musashi’s Ken Jutsu, from how to move the body till his strategy of battle.
