He joined Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu Kodo-kai in 1988. He was appointed as a head of its Tokyo branch in 2004 and General head of Tokyo branch in 2012, He was certified Hiden Mokuroku jn 1994 and Hiden Okugi Certificate in 1998. He was appointed as associate Shihan in 2011 and received Okugi certificate and Menkyo Kaiden from Tateo SHINBO Shihan.In Nov. 2021 he established Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu Koshin-kai.
