The Martial Arts Which Fill up Whole Body with “Ki”

In this DVD general master Bukou KOGA himself instructs the actual practice and training methods of “Aiki Techniques”, which are handed down from Sokaku TAKEDA to Koudo HORIKAWA and to Muko NISHIKIDO.
Here it is emphasized to create a body filled with “Ki”. The lessons from the basics are very interesting to learn the essence of Aiki, rather than to learn the procedures and forms of the techniques.
