We teach “Body Manipulation for Self-Defense” from the basics in a logical way.
1) Precise use of the torso
2) How to create awareness of the body axis
3) How to maintain a space between you and your opponent

Training date and time / Location

We have students from all over the nation who wish to participate. We accept private instruction as well as group instruction. The date, time, and other details will be decided after the meeting. Location: Asuka Juku Seitai-in (Nanakuma, Jonan-ku, Fukuoka City)
