In the second volume, “Beautiful and Amazing Aikido: Breathing Power”, Shirakawa sensei is using his “supple body” approach to introduce a wide variety of kokyu nage techniques.
Furthermore he presents exercises that help build a strong and flexible body as well as sword and short staff (jo) techniques closely related to aikido.
