In this dojo, students practice the basic movements and kata of Goju-ryu karate, as well as kumite with safety protective gear on the hands, feet, body, and head.
We use mitt exercises and various types of training to improve students’ level.
We challenge all genres of karate, including full-contact karate, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts, with a main focus on koshiki karate and protective gear karate. We also have an overseas dojo.
