Touzen Kagurazaka Keikokai

Touzen is a bodywork based on the common principles of traditional bujutsu to cultivate the fundamental strength that is the foundation of all physical movement. We set precise standards for the basic movements of standing and walking, and aim to make the body functional, efficient, and safe.
It is also featured by the fact that the work is not self-indulgent and always has a verifiable quality through relative practice by two people.
