Uechi-ryu Karatedo Promotion Society

Uechi-ryu karatedo is not a competition but rather “Sanchin” that trains the body and mind.
There is a way to train by hitting and kicking each other. The shoulder, abdomen, and chest are trained by thrusting. There is also a method of practicing Kata, which assumes an opponent.
We hope that you will observe our training and feel some understanding of what we do. Seeing is believing.

Monday and Thursday 7:00pm - 8:45pm in Shinjuku City Tuesday and Friday 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Dojo in Fuchu City
