Shorin-ryu Karate Konno juku Hiroshima practise meeting

Konno Juku is an Okinawa karate organization organized by novelist and karate master Bin Konno sensei.
We always pursue the most original kata and philosophy of Shuri-te, based on the Jyoshinmon of Ikeda Hoshu sensei, in addition to studies of Shorin-ryu and Shorinji-ryu in Okinawa.
Practice focuses on kata and their deciphering. In addition, those who have a higher dan will also learn bojutsu.

Training date and time / Location

Twice a month at community centers and public gymnasium budo halls in Hiroshima City (with publicity to Juku students). Main locations: 1) Danbara Community Center, Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, 2) Budo hall of Hiroshima Prefectural General Gymnasium, 3) Budo hall of Minami-ku Sports Center, Hiroshima City, etc. Every three months, Konno sensei comes to Hiroshima for coaching and training. In addition, there is a Hombu Dojo training camp (Karate in October and Bo-jutsu in April) and a joint training camp in Western Japan with the Osaka Branch (in September).
