Nitto Bujutsu Kenkyukai Jyoshinkan was founded by Shimizu Kenichiro sensei, known for Gyakute Jujutsu and Hanbojutsu, and was succeeded by Maehara Seizo sensei.
The origin of our school is based on the kobujutsu of Kensoryu, which was founded by Kentaro Takeishi sensei after studying Muhi-ryu, Gai-ryu, and Ichi-den-ryu (the kobujutsu that Takeishi sensei passed down from past generation).
In our group, we also teach Muhi-ryu Jojutsu and Kenso-ryu Jujutsu, which is the origin of our school.
