Nippon Battodo Federation Tokyo Eishin-kai

This dojo focuses on the learning and cultivation of the swordsmanship methods established by the Nippon Battodo Federation.
We believe that the essence of swordsmanship lies solely in “zan” (slashing), and we practice maki-wara-giri with a real sword at every session. Because it is a way of seeking the correct action of the sword as a budo, as different from “suemonogiri”. Through this, we believe that students will be able to learn forms modeled on kendo, iai, and kobujutsu.
We expect free participation from beginners to experienced professionals.
