The founder of this school is Hayashizaki Jinsuke Shigenobu, who rejuvenated Battou-jutsu. And the 7th generation, Hasegawa Chikaranosuke Eishin, has been called a “peerless master of the world” since the founder of the school. Since then, the school has been called Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu.
Later, the 17th generation, Oe Masaji Shikei, maintained the technique as “iai that can truly slash. This dojo aims to pass on traditional iai and to cultivate the human spirit through the training of mind and body. The content of training is Muso Jikiden Eishin-ryu Iai (including koden kenjutsu kumitachi), Dainippon Batto-ryu, All Japan Kendo Federation Iai, and others.
