Ryukyu Kobudo Association Tokyoto-kita branch Kikyo-juku

At Ryukyu Kobudo Tokyo-North branch “Kyo-juku”, students will practice karate and Ryukyu Kobudo side by side.
Students practice mainly Shotokan-ryu karate of the Japan Karatedo Federation (Zenkuren).
Ryukyuan kobudo is practiced in the lineage of Shinken Taira sensei.
We would like to train in a way that will satisfy those who want to compete in competitions, as well as those who are seeking the original traditional bujutsu and self-defense techniques.
We actively incorporate the latest training methods to win competitions. At the same time, we would like to balance karate and Ryukyuan kobudo as the original traditional bujutsu and self-defense.
