Shinkage-ryu Bugaku Seiren-kai

Kamiizumi Isemori, who had trained in Katori Shinto-ryu and other styles, learned from Aishu Ikosai, the founder of Kage-ryu. later Kamiizumi Isemori founded Shinkage-ryu.The 2nd Yagyu Sekishusai organized the Shinkage-ryu. When Munenori, the son of Sekishusai, became an instructor of the Tokugawa Shoguns, the reputation of Shinkage-ryu was firmly established. It was passed down from Sekishusai to Yagyu Hyogonosuke and Renyasai, who became the instructors of the Owari Clan. These bujutsu have been handed down to our association.
