Aun-kai
Aun-kai thoroughly recognizes and trains the posture, and then learns the connection and operation of the body. By doing so, we focus our training on going beyond general fighting usages and further developing rational movement and adaptability. Unlike existing body use, we also teach internal training. It is a very effective practice for those seeking mastery of the principles.
