Taikiken Shisei-juku Yamagata branch

This is an actual Chinese martial art directly taught by Master Yasutsugu Takagi.
It is based on ristu zen, neri, and hai, making it easy for beginners to understand and ideal as a health practice.
It is especially recommended for those who have had difficulty improving in budo and sports.
